We started work on the Braster device in 2007, when we developed a breakthrough method of using liquid crystals and contact thermography for breast cancer prophylaxis. The Braster System – in-home breast examination system was developed as a result of 9 years of work by a number of eminent Polish researchers from the best Polish universities and institutes, headed by Henryk Jaremek, PhD and Jacek Stępień, PhD. Over the years, our project has substantially changed and evolved. Since October 2016 we offer women intuitive device of the highest quality for breast self-examination at home. In 2018 we started working on a solution for professionals that could be used in medical centers during patient’s standard visit.

  We introduced our newest child to the market – Braster Pro for breast examinations performed by healthcare professionals.

  We signed our first distribution agreements – Braster will soon be available on the Hungarian and Ukrainian markets.

  Capital market experts awarded Braster first place in the Listed Company of the Year 2017 ranking in the category of "Product and Service Innovation".

  We initiated cooperation with large institutions – employees of Santander Consumer Bank can now check their breast health every month.

  We began the INNOMED observational study, which will cover in total a group of 3000 women.

• October 2016

  

  Women in Poland can now examine themselves with Braster! After years of intensive work on the Braster medical device, we have provided Polish women with the opportunity to use our system for in-home breast examination.

  We drafted the report from the ThermaALG observational study.

• March 2016

  

  We began a cooperation with the Swedish company ROSTI in order to be able to launch manufacturing of our medical device.

  Together with the Warsaw University of Technology, we implemented the system for automatic interpretation of thermographic examination results and developed the differential analysis, which facilitates the comparison of thermographic images from previous months.

• December 2015

  

  We completed the first stage of investment and supplied the production line for liquid crystal matrices to our plant in Szeligi.

• December 2015

  

  We began a cooperation with the Dutch company Pezy in order to be able to prepare the version of the device that women can use now.

• November 2015

  

  We underwent re-branding, designing a new logo that was more feminine and modern while also relating to the original: a pink ribbon symbolising breast cancer prophylaxis.

  Together with the Warsaw University of Technology, we optimised the system for automatic interpretation of thermographic examination results.

• June 2015

  

  We made our debut on the main floor of Warsaw Stock Exchange as BRASTER S.A.

• March 2015

  

  We signed an agreement with Creotech for the manufacturing of a new generation of thermographic image registering heads for observational studies.
